Our management system

At HSG Zander we are aware that we manage services and facilities which are very important for our clients. For this reason we make special effort to offer a maximum quality service which guarantees your satisfaction.

With this objective we have developed an integrated management system which allows us to achieve universal standards in quality management, professional health, occupational safety and health and environmental protection.

This management system is regularly audited by internal and external experts, who constantly work at improving it. It has also obtained ISO 9001 quality certification and ISO 14001 environmental certification. In Spain, we are implementing the same management system, a process we plan to conclude in 2010.
