HSG Zander presents IRIS, a next generation report portal

HSG Zander develops a permanent innovation policy of its computer solutions which is the fundamental base of our concern for performance and quality.

Within this line of work, we have implemented a new tool, IRIS, a service portal which offers our clients a sole and permanent point of contact with the set of services we manage in their workplaces.

The IRIS application is structured in sectorial modules called eTools. These eTools incorporate the most recent technologies to respond to the needs of our clients. With IRIS, both our managers and our clients can control at all times the status of their facilities in real time and by a format adaptable to the requirements of each client.

The main features of IRIS are:

• It provides five levels of report consolidation for large accounts, monthly reports for the site (client / user) and monthly operation reports per service (client / user).
• It automatically generates financial reports, which allow the teams to make accurate analyses and assessments.
• It performs dynamic data compilation and transfer processes through the automatic sending of sets of data at regular time intervals.
• It shows the information in a very clear and intelligent graphic format for any client, with practical “semaphore-type” indicators, which make it easy to interpret the information displayed.

The personalized handling of the data compiled by IRIS allows HSG Zander to produce operating reports in real time which aid with decision-making for our clients and employees.

These reports reflect our commitment to results and transparency, since they provide our clients with indicators which certify compliance with the service levels agreed in the SLA (Service Level Agreement) contracts from the primary KPI (Key Performance Indicator) compiled by IRIS.

After a successful test phase, we have started to implement IRIS in our current clients.
