Information systems are essential for performing Facility Management services.

At HSG Zander we have developed our own tools, which allow us to identify and implement the best solution for each client. These exclusive systems are complemented with our Call Center and Helpdesk and our consultants. Because technology cannot replace human contact.

Our own information systems which form the core of our range of services are:

• ASIweb: Internet-based software for the efficient management of preventive and corrective maintenance, which includes the application of the online Helpdesk, Asset Management and Energy Management.
• FWMS: a report tool which enables the client to directly access all relevant information on the service contracted (progress of the preventive maintenance, data about your facilities, metrics of the service in real time, etc.) from a single application.

These information systems increase our capacity for intervention and support. In addition to involving a competitive advantage, they allow us to adapt ourselves to the security and confidentiality requirements of each client.
